Click "LINK" button if "Please take the test" is displayed.
You can login "Information Security Self-Inspection". (->GO TO 2.)
Click "CAMPUS" tab if a message is not displayed.
And, click "Please take the test Information Security Self-Inspection".
You can login "Information Security Self-Inspection". (->GO TO 2.)
1. (b) Access "Information Security Self-Inspection".
Click "CAS LOGIN".
Enter your "User ID" and "Password" to login.
2. Click the tab of "Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2017".
3. Click the link of "Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2017".
4. The registration of the e-mail address is necessary.You register the e-mail address.
You take the test Information Security Self-Inspection. (-> GO TO 11.)
5.(a) You register the e-mail address for the first time.
A screen of the e-mail address registration is displayed.(-> GO TO 6.)
5.(b) "You have not fixed your mail address..." window is displayed.
Check your mailbox. Click URL to let a mail address settle. Click "FIX". (-> GO TO 8.)
6. A screen of the e-mail address registration is displayed.
Enter your reachable Address, and click "SEND MAIL".
7. A mail is sent to your mail address. And check your mailbox.
8. A mail arrives to your mailbox.
Click URL to let a mail address settle.
A confirmation screen is displayed. (-> GO TO 9.)
When mail does not arrive, you access the next URL. And enter your "User ID" and "Password" to login.

Remove the cause if a problem is found in Undelivered Mmails List. And, please perform "the e-mail address registration" again from e-mail address editing page.
Mails may be recognized as spam mails and may not be delivered.
If a correction is necessary, please revise a mail address. Enter your reachable Address, and click "SEND MAIL".

9. A screen deciding mail address is displayed. Click "FIX"
10. The registration of the e-mail address is finished if "Your mail address has been fixed" is displayed.
Then, you can begin "Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2017".
Click "LOGOUT"
11. Click "Information Security Self-Inspection for Academic Year 2017" again. And click "Begin Assessment".
12. At last, click "Submit".
13. Click "Submit" again.
14. You finished "Information Security Self-Inspection". When you are finished, click "CAS LOGOUT".
When you want to start it again, please click "Return to Self-Inspection".
